Josh Hansen is a Utah-based runner, creator, and storyteller driven by growth, resilience, and a love for meaningful connection. After overcoming early challenges—including being born legally blind and later navigating an auditory processing disorder and ADHD—he developed a mindset centered on perseverance and steady progress.
Following a personal health turning point, Josh lost over 180 pounds and discovered a passion for running. Since 2010, he has completed more than 300 races, including over 150 half marathons, multiple marathons, and ultramarathons. His next goal: completing a 100-mile race.
Josh’s creativity extends beyond running into marketing, graphic design, and podcasting. He has hosted or co-hosted shows including Radio Ronin, The Other Show, The Fartlek Running Podcast Show, The Runcast, and Listen To My Podcast. He currently co-hosts The Best Darn Podcast Show alongside his friend Blu Robinson.
A lifelong Disney fan, Josh’s love for storytelling and nostalgia is deeply tied to Disneyland—where he also met his wife, MaryAnn. Today, he lives in South Jordan, Utah, with his wife and two cats—Walt and Roy—continuing to run, create, and share his journey.
